Purchase:

In order to complete the purchase it is necessary that the order is composed of cases of 6 bottles or multiples of 6 bottles. Our system allows the purchase of the products with one and the same order.

Payment:

The payment can be made through: Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PostePay.

Credit Card Security:

All transactions are protected. All registered details are made with a secure server. Any data you will give us is encrypted using a “Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WE CAN SEE CREDIT CARD NUMBER OF THE CUSTOMER.
Our company will receive the authorization only and it will be supplied from the credit card operators.
This procedure is absolutely sure and it guarantees the purchaser totally.

Delivery:

The goods will be delivered within 10 working days from the time of order confirmation by e-mail and after the effected payment through bank transfer or PostePay.

The customer will be timely informed if the ordered product is unavailable so that the customer could replace the product with another article on sale or delete the order.

IMPORTANT:
If the payment is made with a credit card, the value will be debited to the purchaser/customer immediately at the acceptance by e-mail concerning the order.

Cancellations:

If the customer wishes for whatever reason cancel the order, it must be communicated within 2 working days from the date of submission of the order, to ordine@collidicatone.it showing the number of the order to be cancelled.

Withdraw Rights:

According to paragraph no. 5 of the D.L. 185 of 22 May 1999 the purchaser/customer has the right to withdraw to the order within 10 days from the day after the customer received the ordered wine. The communication must be made in the form of a registered letter to the following address: Cantine Colli di Catone S.r.l., Via Frascati 31/33, 00040 Monte Porzio Catone (Rome) Italy. The goods will be returned to us at the customer’s cost. The goods should remain unopened and intact. The goods will be under the responsibility of the purchaser/customer up to the receiving of the goods at the wharehouse of Cantine Colli di Catone S.r.l..

Non-performance Agreement:

Colli di Catone company will not be responsible for the possible damages or losses suffered in consequence of the missing delivery of the goods due to events not under their will, i.e.: accidents, explosions, fire, strikes, earthquake, floods or others events of natural unforeseeable that prevent the working-out of the order.
In that case the purchaser/customer has the rights to receive back the amount paid only.
